Our annual Central Florida MQG Retreat was May 12 through 15 (Mother’s Day weekend) at Luther Springs in Hawthorne, Florida.

Twenty-four quilters spent hours together in the sewing room/chapel, enjoyed too much good food, and shared quiltmaking expertise along with lots of laughs.
An excess of over-ripening bananas on a side-table in the Luther Springs dining room became the perfect prop for our annual silly photo. Isn’t it obvious?
