Some Central Florida MQG members may remember modern quiltmaking instructor Sherri Lynn Wood who presented a workshop and program to us in October 2015.
We dined with Sherri Lynn at Mallory Country Club, and she presented her workshop at Big Cypress Rec Center in The Villages. Sherri Lynn exposed many of us to improv for the first time.
At the time, her wonderful resource book, The Improv Handbook for Modern Quilters had just been released. (It’s available in our CFMQG library!)
Sherri Lynn is now offering virtual workshops, and currently promoting a series of seven Modern Improv Curves workshops, from January through May 2023, with six different, renown instructors:
